THE SLUT IS HOME! :)
Life's been rather slack these days, compared to TCC.
There's so much time to do servicing
So much time till we have almost 2 canteen breaks everyday at agts, for the men that is.
But I'm kinda missing the adreneline rush of mounting the tanks, and going for battle courses. I'm instead, staring at the monitors and advising the gunners on their mistakes. Rather tiring, but fufilling when i see them improve :)
Till now, i guess being a commander, or a 3rd sergeant is to really lead by getting your hands dirty.
Leading isn't just about opening your mouth.
And certainly, it isn't about expecting your men to do what you can't even fufill.
Of course, this is just my personal take up till now. But i suppose i've been kinda friendly to my guys, knowing all their education background, when they started to smoke, whether they're attached etc. You know, all these nitty gritty stuff that they prefer to throw it at the back of their minds while they're in camp.
well well, will be confined next weekend for live firing. zhengyang's*topgun* doing the demo and i'll be his commander. He's freaking out already. laughs.
